About Us

VisionInk Solutions was founded with the belief that people are the biggest asset of an organization. By creating and strengthening the relationship - be it relationship between people of different backgrounds, relationship between people and their work - we strive to create change and growth that  drive both human and business value.

We named our company VisionInk as a constant reminder—to write the future with this vision: we exist to help organizations embrace change, invest in their people, and thrive in a way that is sustainable, thoughtful, and deeply human.

OUR FOUNDER

Yingyang Wu

VisionInk was founded by Yingyang Wu, a strategist, consultant, and advocate for people-centered transformation. With a Master’s degree in Instructional Systems Technology and over a decade of experience leading Learning & Development and Change Management initiatives, she has worked across industries to help organizations navigate complexity and drive meaningful change.

A certified Change Management practitioner and trainer, Yingyang believes that sustainable transformation happens when people are at the center as the driving force. She has guided executive leaders, managers, and teams through high-impact learning programs and organizational shifts, ensuring that change is not just implemented but embraced.

​Her passion lies in helping organizations make change work for their people through strategies that respect human experience, foster collaboration, and create long-term success. At VisionInk, she brings this philosophy to every project, ensuring that each engagement is guided by integrity, intentionality, and a commitment to excellence.
